🇨🇦 Shipping Across All of Canada

We provide fast, nationwide shipping to every province and territory. Whether you are in a major city or a rural community, we ensure your pool supplies arrive safely and on time.

  • National Coverage: We ship daily to Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Atlantic Canada.

  • Delivery Times: * Ontario & Quebec: [2–4] business days.

    • Western Canada & Atlantic Provinces: [5–7] business days.

    • Northern Territories: Delivery times vary by location.

  • Tracking: All Canadian orders include a tracking number sent via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Peterborough, Ontario.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to offer shipping for pool parts and accessories to our customers across the USA.

  • Customs, Duties & Tariffs: Please note that for all orders shipped to the United States, customers are solely responsible for paying any and all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and tariffs that may be levied by the U.S. government or the carrier upon delivery.

  • Additional Fees: These fees are not included in our shipping rates or the checkout total. They are collected by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to release the package from customs.

  • Restrictions: Due to international shipping regulations, certain liquid chemicals or hazardous materials (such as concentrated chlorine) may be restricted from cross-border transport. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to the US, we will contact you immediately.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within [1–2] business days.

  • Oversized Items: Large items (such as pool heaters, slides, or safety covers) may require specialized freight shipping. We will provide a custom shipping quote for these items to ensure the best possible rate.
