Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes we do! We offer shipping to customer all across both Canada and the United States of America. Please note that due to tariffs, all American customers are responsible for paying for all tarrifs.

Q: When can I use my pool after adding chemicals?
A: It depends on what is being added. If you are shocking the pool we recommend waiting overnight or until the chlorine levels are less than 5 ppm. If you are adding products with lower pH, please wait 15 - 30 minutes or follow the instructions on the label of the product.

Q: The water in my pool / spa is off, how do I fix it?
A: If you are unsure of what is needed to get the water back to pristine condition, please bring in a water sample anytime for free testing in our store. We will recommend the best solution to the problem based on the test results.
